I live in Colombia and in the last few days I have started seeing adverts on social media offering Colombians huge amounts of money, in Colombian terms, and citizenship if they sign up to fight for Russia. A similar tactic was used in some African countries too, I believe.

the colombians ive seen fighting in Ukraine are some of the most bad ass soilders on a battlefield. Fearlessness Sharp highly motivated and highly professional.
