Ren was early twenties and probably dealing with undiagnosed Lyme disease issues when he made this song
Its a mood lifter for real though❤🎉. Freckled Angels Album was released to help him pay for and get to treatments . Most of the songs were rcorded when he was signed to Sony with Eric Apapoulay the producer who spotted his talent when he saw him busking in Bath England. He later released it to him after he became too ill to complete the project.
Its dedicated to Joe Hughes the songs are from his early twenties and others he wrote and recorded and produced in his room on occasions when he was still able to get out of bed. Released in his mid twenties. His Chapters 1 to 8 are Ren speaking about this time from 17 to around 27 telling the story in his own words

This song always makes me smile and move; this series has gotten me through a lot of pain. You’re a good reactor, so I’m surprised your numbers aren’t higher!

Not top of the list, but he did achieve one of his goals last month by playing Festivals in front of 50K crowds. Stevie Wonder also gets a mention in Losing It. Some great messages in Part 1. Ren's wordplay is on a different level. Speaking of Mambo, The Big Push have a version of Mambo Number 5. Great reaction, his energy is infectious.

He got the festival dream this summer, and he was visibly touched and teared up hearing TENS OF THOUSANDS of us singing his lyrics. It was a special moment seeing the radiant smile through tears. He's earned it.

So glad you have started this series. Part 1 is great, Part 2 has the best Bond Scheme I've ever heard, Part 3 is the best of the lot and Part 4 is cheeky Ren. I think you'll like them all. Thanks for the reaction and peace from the UK.

10:34 is this what you put in my chat last night? I was so confused reading it out loud, but I know one thing Ren says it so much better! Lol
