  To add to the creep RP conversation. You can do it justice. There have been multiple people in the past who have done it properly. But you have to consider the outcome of your gimmick.<br><br>If the Joke/idea of your character is just, I am a weirdo pervert creep. It doesn’t matter how well you play it out, people are going to think you are a weirdo pervert creep, even if you are not that person. Because that’s what you are trying to convey, people are obviously not going to want to interact or be around you.<br><br>Richard who was a serial killer in 3.0 and CG turf scout in 4.0 did this perfectly. He would stalk and kidnap women, but he wouldn’t just walk up to them, tell them to hold still so he could take a picture of their breasts. He would drive around in his van following them, actually creating RP. Then in 4.0, CG had him watch their block which to create more RP would take pictures of people as he watched their turf. He has a reason to RP and he gives others RP beyond being just a stalker, and he dove full into the bit kneecapping himself by driving a slow extremely obvious Van.<br><br>With Austinshow playing Ferg. The joke is that he is playing a closeted gay man as a gay man. If he makes a sexual comment towards women, it’s always in the least sexual way possible. Because the goal is not to be a perverted straight man, the goal is to be a gay man who is pretending to be straight, and he thinks the best way to do that is to be perverted.<br><br>With Scotty Bard, his character is not ‘the foot guy’ but he does take pictures of feet as a way to flesh out the character more. At the end of the day he is DoC, and will generally only bring it up if it gets brought up in conversation. There is a level of consent always being maintained, which let’s be real, consent is a hard thing to manage when you are allowed to literally rob people.<br><br>Berg who plays a loser dude, recently had a somewhat similar situation, he took a picture of a girl with a short skirt on when she was bending over and didn’t realize he was taking an upskirt, then posted it to social media. When the girl noticed, he tried to ‘backtrack’ by saying he would sell her upskirts. This obviously sounds horrible, and she was offended by it, so he apologized immediately. And everything was chill between them, no drama necessary, just a funny moment.<br><br>You can absolutely play a creep or Perv character you just need to build a character beyond just a pervert. With some added extra flavour. dont just have the creepy weirdo who people don’t want to be around.<br><br>You need to build actual role play around it, don’t just walk up to people take a picture then run away. You have to give people multiple opportunities to leave the situation, do not just trap people blindsided. Ensuring the player consents OOC to what is happening. Despite in character obviously you do not consent. <br><br>Then there is building up a reputation, if people understand what they are getting into before they even interact with you, that will leave them less blindsided. Chatterbox and Vivek are the perfect example of this. They break RDM and NVL rules constantly. If you blow up a random party or shoot into an event to ruin it. There is a very good chance you are getting banned as a regular random person. It’s unrealistic, it wastes people’s time, it clogs up the hospital and police forces. But because they are ‘THE TERRORISTS’ willing to do anything to create chaos even if it screws themselves over (oftentimes it does exactly that.) people aren’t as offended by it. That’s just what they do because they built up a reason for doing it.<br><br>If the dude was playing a pervy photographer or something, where he sets up photoshoots, he advertises around the city, and all he does is try to get people to take their clothes off so he can take breast and crotch shots. Then that would be funny. We basically already have this character with James Marco saint Marco. If people think you are weird, they just say no, if they want to interact with you for the RP, then they easily can get a hold of you. It’s a win-win.
