It’s the ocean and it’s warm but there is always mist and condensation from the hot air and the water makes more water. So you usually can not really dry anything hanging outside moving ship 🙄

Don't bother with buying hampers. Pack you used dirty items into you suitcase. Takes ip no cabin space and it will take you less time to pack at the end.
