It's actually somehow even dumber than what Mike outlined here. Keefe D entered into a proffer deal with law enforcement in which he would tell them what he knew and they'd agree not to prosecute him for it. By going online and telling his story he broke the terms of the agreement, making his testimony admissable in court 🤦🏾♂️
