When Faith Doesn’t Fit Into a Box – A Conversation with Rebekka Ashby

When Faith Doesn’t Fit Into a Box – A Conversation with Rebekka Ashby In this episode, I sit down with Rebekka Ashby, also known as Lady Bec – author, speaker, personal development coach, and advocate for women and families. Rebekka shares how Gabrielle Bernstein became an important catalyst in her life. Raised Catholic and with a strong belief in God, Rebekka never fully felt at home within the traditional structures of religion. Her understanding of faith and spirituality always felt bigger than the boxes we often place around them. Through courses and workshops with Gabrielle, something shifted. Rebekka experienced the power of being guided back to what was already within her – helping her gain clarity around her own path, purpose, and the message she wanted to bring into the world. We also talk about how easily we look outside ourselves for quick answers today, rather than trusting our intuition and inner knowing. What happens when we stop searching for all the answers externally and begin listening to what is already within us? Rebekka also shares her powerful experience of becoming a mother and her thoughts on maternity care. She raises important questions about whether the healthcare system truly cares for the woman behind the mother – before, during, and after birth – and what can be lost when the feminine is missing from that care. Rebekka is the author of Rediscover Yourself. Redefine Your Life. and founder of The Village of Virtue & Victory, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families and restoring the sacredness of birth, home, and community. This is a heartfelt conversation about faith, intuition, motherhood, the feminine, finding your purpose, and having the courage to trust your own path.
