I think every country has it's murderous stretches of highways. I am in Canada and in British Columbia there is the highway of tears where many bodies have been found. A family should be able to be given the peace of mind that their relatives murderer has been caught and put behind bars.

Not every vanishing person has to be a victim of a crime and not every unsolved murder needs to be the result of a pathological ki‘‘er. If there were contacts to a person of interest as recalled by the old lady before the start of their travel how can other criminal motives be ruled out? Like organized crime related to drugs or similar stuff.

like the first 48 hrs R most important looking backwards 2 the 70 s crime case n going by people's memories is ASSInine go by facts taken at time go by new DNA which wasn't even imagined at time look at history of individual since Memories R bS they change n adapt 2 each person

Uhhhh....from the start did anyone consider if this Bruce Preston or his father have any .22 rifles owned at the time of this crime?! Or prior to?! I feel as though many many people residing in rural places have at least one gun! Americans and Australians seem to share that commonality for protection; not for what took the lives not only of these good people but countless before & after.

Am I the only one who thinks the composite sketch looks like Daniel Radcliffe with a Halloween wig and paste on beard? In the US in Texas there's a stretch of road known as the killing fields. They have found 34 bodies so far. Evil lurks everywhere.
