When I refinished my M-1910 pick mattock handle, to get it ready for an olive drab finish, I just used regular 120 grit sandpaper to remove the finish. I then painted it OD green with a topcoat of matt clear. After removing all the rust from the pick mattock head with my Dremel tool, I painted it OD green with a topcoat of matt clear. Now it resides on my pistol belt in its M-1910 carrier dated 1944. Semper Fi from an old Marine sergeant/Vietnam vet in eastern TN

I had roller skates like that when I was a kid. Later on I nailed one of them to a length of 2X4, and made a skateboard.

I had this bike lock. Mine had a blue sleeve over the chain though.

Excellent work, as always. You really need to talk to some other YouTube restorers who think the way to remove rust is to soak it in 9% vinegar for 4 months lol.<br><br>I enjoy your commentary. Informative and entertaining.
