Prison workouts. This is how prisoners get big, there’s also Down workouts, picking a rep number like 20, do 20, rest then 19, rest then 18, rest then 17. Can do this with dips, pull-ups, pushups, or any other variations

I was a gymnasts for 14 years and did not lift a single weight the entire time I was a gymnasts. At 18 years old and 145 lbs my first time on bench press I hit 225 for 2 reps. I will say that the majority of the training we did was basic body weight movement but we used the rings. At a certain point we just stopped getting stronger on basic body weight movements. Just adding the rings in for pull ups push ups dips and the like is a major game changer. <br>For legs we did a lot of jumping movements. Rolling jumps in particular seemed to be extremely effective. Love the content brother! Keep it up

I've been doing your superfunctional training 2.0 for over a year and half so far. The results speak for themselves and I feel absolutely amazing. High reps work!

I dropped powerlifting and went weighted calisthenics (still relatively high rep) about a year before military. I blew the F up. Groups of teens were always coughing "roids" when I walked by. I'm sure my base of PL had a large impact on my physique but that whle period of training changed my perspective, don't put a your eggs in one basket, train for total athleticism biased toward your particular goals.

When i was in school, i obsessively did hundreds and hundreds of press ups, sit ups and squats every day. Muscle was built, surprisingly good on the biceps too despite no specific bicep exercise.

I do high rep training by doing 100 rep workouts, then trying to complete that rep goal in as few sets as possible, taking each set to near failure. The number of reps I can do in a single set has really blown up.

This is how I trained in college while playing lacrosse and honestly it was easier to recover and I felt a lot more injury resistance and it was easier to build a program cuz of how simple it was

Thanks Bioneer, was hoping you'd follow up on the last vid, I've gone fully over to BW and KB training at home since Christmas, don't get me wrong I was training before but mainly in the gym. I love the freedom to train when I like, not having to travel, not having to wait for equipment to be available, and I'm saving about £100 a month on gym subs and fuel getting there and back, which I am putting towards more home gear. Why I didn't do it years ago I have no idea. plus at 51 I'm less likely to break myself doing an ego lift or rushing. I think I'll be much better off in the long term. More please!
