I’m sorry, but how is it that you only have 388 subscribers?? Thoroughly enjoyed this video, instantly subscribed, and now on to watch episodes 1 & 2!

I grabbed so many quotes from this video. You are so incredibly well spoken. “It’s very hard to argue with your past self giving you evidence-based advice rooted in your own experience”

This was a refreshing, insightful and inspiring take on self discovery as it were. Everything you talked about really resonated...I feel so clear now!

Hit like after thinking of pinching the cheeks of the strange little me with all of her wild ideas about justice, the Earth, and creativity. Subscribed when I realized I was crying as my body needed the reminder that it was here on Earth. In a YouTube full of videos I rarely finish, I watched this to the last drop.

Clicked on this video to be something in the background while I cleaned. Ended up sat, undistracted, through the whole thing, which my zapped attention span doesn't usually allow for. I was expecting another regurgitated list of the same tips to be consistent in journaling (like the hundreds of other journaling videos I've watched), but you instead gave a real and fresh insight into re-inspiring creativity in my life. I've been intentionally ignoring my creative roadblocks recently by choosing to focus on more "productive" things in my life instead. This video (especially 16:35) reminded me that my creative practices are the foundation of all things productive and enjoyable in my life and immediately inspired me to push myself back into the things I love to do.

There's a million more things I could say about why I loved this video. Immediately subscribed and I will be keeping up with Median Arcana as it continues. Thank you for sharing this gem.

I love that you talked about going back and reading your journal. That practice has also been life changing for me as well. Going back to read your journals is hardly ever spoke of. Thanks for this great advice.

I have been struggling with this myself, keeping diaries since the lockdown and unable to draw any positive conclusions from them as I had distaste for simply rereading them. I used to write down my struggles and it was helping me process stuff since I had no one else to turn to, but now I do. Rereading my old books made me feel like I am sad all the time, but that is not it; the purpose just changed without me realizing I have to change what I write down, too. Now I have a name for it, and understand where I've been making the mistake. Thank you so much, loved the video😁
