Favorite is "fuck you you're getting a fucking embellishment!". Real dad telling his son to quit the shit vibes lol

"Every player on the ice has a 10 minute misconduct" I think will forever stand as the best line in referee history for all sports.

Ten minute misconduct for every player on the ice is pure gold

 1:46 "SHUT THE F..."
Whoever was working the ref's mike was on point! I seriously wish they would let us hear the way refs actually talk to the players on the ice more. I mean, I know they can't have referees screaming variations of the word "fuck" at players live on the air, but let me tell you, it really humanizes the refs, and would probably make alot of people who normally hate the linesmen change their opinions a bit. I seriously can't get enough of the ref's swearing right back at players. Really shows that they are not complete pushovers, and can dish it right back out at the players who decide to question or insult them. And the line "FUCK YOU! You're getting a FUCKING embellishment" is just pure gold.

My favorite all time NHL ref clapback went something like: "I'm not good enough to play this game. You're not good enough to ref it."

0:53 the way the goalie just stood there absolutely flabbergasted and was like "y'know what I didn't see that"

"Go to the box please!" with a hot mike is a classic. I swear I heard my Dad telling me to go to my room.

When the ref picks you up like hes a momma cat and tosses you in the box you know you aren't a tough guy.

As a New Yorker, I must say that I love it when refs throw the F word around and give it right back to the players. Calling someone out that bluntly sounds beautiful to me.
