  Carcass is still on top of their game after all these years. Necroticism has my favorite production, but all of their albums following it sounded great

  Ahh man. Heartwork is my absolute grail tone, I literally dream about it. I’ve consumed everything I can find about it for decades now, and Torn Arteries is so close in quality to it it’s unreal. I saw them last year in a really small venue I’ve gigged at loads, it was awesome. This is the best video you’ve ever made, thanks for this one dude.

  Thank you for kind mention and for having the Voodoo Amps V-Plex in your video. The V-Plex is based on one of the very best plexis I ever worked on. As memory serves we introduced the V-Plex 25 years ago.

  For years I had a tone in my head and I knew I wanted to achieve it with my guitar gear. I finally bought a tube head back in 2018 (Peavey 5150) and the tone in my head just came to life. I had been enjoying Carcass Heartwork since high school at that point so imagine my surprise not only learning they used a 5150 but also how easy it was with my own to achieve something very similar. Got to love it. 🤘🏻
