watched an abc news in-depth video yesterday about ev's in china. not only is the air cleaner the citys are much quieter, the cars are good quality and cheap. we here in the us are getting screwed and falling way behind

This reminds me, in Denmark, every single current wind farm in construction, has been paused, because of a law passed recently, declaring that the wind farms must not only be able to store a certain amount of energy per amount produced (i do not recall numbers) but they also have to be part of the so-called modular power-grid where a central system can tell how much power is being outputted at any time and increase or decrease the amount outputted, but the central system isnt made for many small power farms but for the central powerplants, making it unable to connect that many stations and besides there isnt currently any system that can connect the wind farms to this modular power-grid. So the law basicly exists to stop wind power, which is in-fucking-furiating
