I'm old enough to remember Roseanne Barr as an on stage comedian, that started the Roseanne Show. When they fired her from the Conners show, she was forced to apologize and yet they still rejected her, so F*** Bud Lite! Apology is not accepted!

Hollywood used to understand that movie stars were characters, and studios carefully protected their stars. They were mysterious. That made them interesting. Notice how Tom Cruise stopped talking about personal stuff when it began to damage his brand. He understands that.
