  Toni Cipriani may just be a goober, but they may also have had him reintroduce himself because of old mafia tradition. You aren't allowed to introduce yourself to other prospective hang-arounds, or even other made men if you are in the mob. You have to be introduced by a made man first. It's some sort of respect thing.

  Definitely a frustrating game, paramedic can be done at the very start of the game when Triad doesn&apos;t hate you yet. There are 2 trigger missions for Triad hate - first is the flamethrower mission (that&apos;s from El Burro i think) and the other is when you blow up their facility with trash truck. Vigilante sucks though, the worst part is accuring wanted level during it. <br><br>Vice City has pretty easy trick for doing Vigilante. Using either a tank or the Apache fighter helicopter.
