  I spent two weeks in Romania. I visited Brasov. I have never seen so many kürtős kalács shops in my life as in these two weeks. Once the nice locals shouted my head off because I went too close to a bear. Since I returned to my wonderful country (Orbánland). My dear compatriots have been watching me ever since, waiting for the moment to find a Romanian flag in my house and beat the crap out of me in the name of patriotism. Fortunately, they haven&apos;t caught me yet, so wish me luck.

  I swear to god this man is making more promotional material about Romanian than the fucking tourism ministry, love it. He&apos;s actively growing the GDP

  As a Brazilian of Portuguese and Spanish ancestors, Romania has always fascinated me because it is the geographically distant Latin cousin. The language sounds both familiar and alien at the same time and I am learning the basics without much problem. I am glad to say that on the end of March I will be arriving in Bucharest for 1 week in the country...

  I&apos;m Hungarian, and live in Hungary, but my grandma still lives in Romania. She&apos;s very good friends with her Romanian neighbors, so much so that one time our entire family visited the neigbor&apos;s parents in a rural village somewhere. I could not utter a single Romanian phrase beyond the greetings (and the first two verses of a poem), but they have been so hospitable it was unreal. They were so nice to us even though we couldn&apos;t even talk with eachother, only my dad translating between us sometimes.

  I&apos;m Italian and my bf&apos;s Romanian, he&apos;s from a city that has no turistic attraction to offer but I never complain when we travel to his home town because the people there treat you like you&apos;ve always been part of the family even tough they&apos;re &apos;just&apos; neighbours and it&apos;s the second time they see you. Romanian people are the nicest I&apos;ve ever met!

  I&apos;m Hungarian. I&apos;ve never seen Romania, but I have several Romanian colleagues. I&apos;ve also met some Romanian people in not work related context. I can say one thing: they are the friendliest and most caring people I&apos;ve ever met. Once in a park we put our blanket beside a Romanian (or Moldovan?) couple who were eating fruit. They cleaned and cut up some pieces and offered them to us on a plate.

  I am Greek moved to Romania 6 years ago after living in f@@g Sydney for 10 years as an IT. My life changed 100% , I am happy, never stressed, love Romanian people and they call me the &quot;crazy Greek&quot; :) . I bought home and land next to Danube river and now I am permanent resident . Romania is a country with VALUES ! They respect your hard work and dedication. In case of a war ( as I am at the borders ) I will fight for Romania not only because is my homeland now but because their values, our Christianity, the family oriented, the freedom to breath &quot;free&quot; . Thank you Romania. Iubesc Romania.

  Those flatlands made me feel at home. And I&apos;m Dutch, I consider a 1 metre elevation a noteworthy hill. And you&apos;re telling me that that is the same country as those massive mountains? Wow, I&apos;m flabbergasted.<br>Also those churches! Really beautiful! Painting the outside was a genius move! The sheer variety in architecture also really astounds me!<br>Honestly, this really makes me want to go to Romania. This is some of the most effective advertising for a country I&apos;ve ever seen. Please finish this trilogy. It&apos;s too good not to.
