I love how you constantly change shots to minimize morphing. It's very smart!

Amazing, this is what I talk about,I am 76 and knew and lived with people that lived this way,I met my great grandmother born in the 1870's,worked with my grandfather ploughing with a single furrow moud board plough and 2 gigantic Clydesdale draught horses,he had no electricity, open fire and a kerosene lamp, life is so fast and hectic today, too many rules and regulations,it has all happened so fast,it is easier now, though I do miss the past. My grandad worked on a colliery pump house restoration, the original Newcomen engine at Dudley Castle from 1712 used atmospheric pressure not steam pressure, big difference people miss.

I would have thought Watt's cylinder, having to be at boiling point all the time, would radiate more heat than Newcomen's cold cylinder.
Out of 10,000,000 High Pressure Steam Powered Engines by the year 1900, only 25,000 of them were Locomotives.

A seperate condenser was no use whatsoever to a Newcomen Atmospheric Pump.
It's only useful for Watt's Steam Pumps and Engines. It eliminated 14.7psi of Atmospheric resistance on a Watt Steam Pump or Engine. (That's the equivalent of two Newcomen Atmospheric Pumps of resistance on Watt's machines, before they could produce any work at all. !!).
The condenser also allowed him to make use of high pressure Steam below Atmospheric pressure. The first person ever to do so.

A briliiant story and video or film.I was a young man and work in the ferguslie and anchor mills in Paisley and I feel I should be proud to have been able to do that and that was in the 60s. Hwever a comminist called Jimmy Ried brought the ,ills and the unions down. I was not there when the mills closed but I do remember all the equipment geting moved to india. I was an apprectice projectionist at the old Greens Playhouse in the hight st. And saw the news realls of the clossing of the mills.
I also got into the old original mills that clark built but were later demolished, I will have to look into that. take care ...
