  Here to testify that this video has changed my life. That is, yes, some light hyperbole, but how is that I have made so many pies in my life before I learned about laminating my pastry? This simple step is an absolute game changer. Every crust I've made since learning this has come out perfectly! This technique has been added to my list of life learnings I feel obligated to pass on to every young person I meet. Thank you for making me a more complete human. 😄

  A lot to watch when you get no recipes for any of it. I refuse to do NYT anymore so I guess I&apos;ll just have to figure out those recipes on my own. bummer. Good thing I&apos;m a decent pastry chef.

  Apple pie needs way better close ups. She&apos;s trying to explain expecting it be be shown, but then they don&apos;t really show it

  No recipe, as usual. But worse, not even all the ingredients are listed and the link doesn&apos;t even include most of the pies featured. You put 14 pies in one video and it&apos;s already an hour and a half long. Why not add the extra few minutes to INCLUDE all the necessary information from the hosts??
