  Having you back on the regular is like having a favorite relative that we only get to see on holidays and the odd trip to visit, but now you've moved into a house across town and we get to see you weekly. Thank you for all your hard work. Your hard work has lifted many people's desire and skills for great cooking and a willingness to try different things, mine included; and not only that you've created memories, not just the memories from watching your shows and online content but also from the memories with the food we create from your recipes. Thanks again so very much. And I hope that I can speak for everyone and say that we all look forward to seeing more in the future.

  I cannot explain to normal folk just how much it means to see someone go to the substantial effort of figuring out a gluten free anything.<br><br> I&apos;m a food nerd who was crushed to learn he was a celiac a few years ago. Everytime someone with know how puts the time and effort to accommodate, it makes me cry. Can&apos;t explain it.

  Alton- my daughter has Celiac and I made these for her on Christmas Eve. She absolutely loved them and that’s saying something. She’s often so disappointed of the “equivalents” that we try to make or find when it comes to baked goods. She was diagnosed a few years ago, but had about 12 years before that of getting to enjoy gluten, so that change has been hard. The whole family enjoyed them! Thanks for the recipe, it will become a staple in our house. It’s good to have you back!

  I&apos;m glad to see my dog isnt the only one that always seems to be in front of the oven when I need to extract items from the hotbox.
