Hey, I met Stacy McGraugh once, many years ago at a Cosmology conference here at Western University (formerly University of Western Ontario). I showed him some images from my "Mandelbrot Set as a Quasi-Black Hole" paper and he was really stunned by the similarities between the images I showed him and actual cosmological objects. Truthfully, he was the only one at the conference that was nice to me. Everyone else was a bit standoffish. I will always remember his kindness towards me at that conference.

Tully–Fisher is not “mass traces light plus hidden halo,”
it’s “rotation speed traces how much torsion volume is being used to hold the leak when flat closure fails.”

It’s completely non‑scientific to tell students that physics is “basically solved.”
Quantum mechanics tells you not to ask certain questions.
Standard cosmology patches paradoxes instead of fixing the underlying model.
Students are taught to preserve the canon, not challenge it.
That isn’t science — it’s worship.
Real physics invites new ideas, new mechanisms, and new frameworks.
That’s how progress happens.

Interesting talk. He strikes me a someone who doesn't get wedded to a position but just wants to get at the truth.

weird cut at 1:12:40. Otherwise pretty good interview. I think the best clue for "why" MOND works so far is Quantum Inertia by Mike Mcculoch

How about cogravitation (i.e., the gravitational analog of the magnetic force)?

Perhaps a bit off topic, but in what I find as a somewhat fascinating, coincidental, anecdotal, analog to the rotational velocities of the outer reaches of spiral galaxies, is the documented studies of wildlife, such as herds of deer, elk as well as domesticated livestock such as cattle & sheep etc...

When viewed from overhead from a helicopter or drone, in many cases these animals are seen, all rotating in one direction around a central point, (a feeding or watering station), and the animals on the concentric outer parts of the herd are in lockstep speed, keeping in line with the slower circling innermost group.

Check it out for your selves, online!

Factor the time dilation from the galactic center to the outer reach
