Thank you for coming here for a moment. <br><br>This is Episode 1 of a personal series where I document my journey with burnout, family resentment, and the raw journey of healing. <br><br>Hindi ito 'yung aesthetic o linear version ng healing na madalas nating nakikita online. Walang overnight fix dito. It is messy, confusing, and full of uncomfortable realizations—pero sa gitna ng lahat ng gulo, it is deeply worthwhile. <br><br>I am sharing this journey as a human being that is still living through her life, learning to hold space for the ugly parts, and slowly piecing herself back together. <br>If you’ve been carrying the weight of being the strong one for too long, I hope this gives you permission to pause, breathe, and put down what’s too heavy. <br><br>Episode 2 is in the works.
