  You clearly haven't been to a Russian school cafeteria. Back where I’m from, whenever they cooked something with cabbage, the whole school had to wear gas masks; if you took yours off, you’d be choking within three seconds ☠️

  When I was in school (Poland) food was overcooked mostly instead of raw. Also you had to pay for food or your parents buy a monthly fee so you could for &quot;free&quot;

  My school has separate lunch rooms for the freshmen/sophomores and the junior/seniors. The lower class one was what you described except you had people fighting in the middle of the cafeteria. The upper class one still had long lines and fake food that makes you wonder if eating it will put you out of your misery, BUT they also got access to the outdoors where they can just go outside and buy something good. I thank god for this, because you can only take so much rubber pizza before Jimmy John’s becomes the only cure for your decaying taste buds. It also cleared up the lunch lines quite a bit so I can actually have time to eat my slop while still finding time to converse with my fellow inmates.

  dude in 5th grade for thanksgiving we got ACTUAL liquidfied pig slop which was called &quot;turkey and mashed potatos&quot;. everyone at my lunch table made a cup stack of the cups that it was supplied in
