    What I would like to know is about the organisms and bacteria in this media. It&apos;s very interesting to see this fairly new idea. But I would like more research done as to finding out the numbers of the organisms and which are happiest in this media.<br>Plus I thought this video/interview was a better one than &apos;whats her face&apos;. Mentioning the crusting on the top was a good highlight.
