The glass is probably for a south African van they had bigger side windows than the European ones.

I'd put a short flexi section in the left exhaust to right exhaust crossover pipe to stop it being too rigid and snapping exhaust studs off in the heads as it expands and contracts. And a sleeve joint at the engine end of the 180° pipe so theres something with a bit of give in it for when the inevitable happens and the silencer grounds out. Not criticising your build though, the van looks awesome.
