Relocation, Relationships and Revitalization | SJBC Ep. 3

Welcome to South Jersey Business Connect, the show where the people building South Jersey's business community sit down, swap stories, and make real connections. In this episode, hosts Kristi Howell and Bryan Hornung cover relocation, relationships, and revitalization. Bill Barish of Commercial Property Network walks through how to plan a business move the right way: when to start looking, the signs you have outgrown your space, what a relocation checklist looks like, the mistakes that cost owners time and money, and why the right commercial broker matters. Ken Dunek shares how a Philadelphia Eagles tight end became the publisher of JerseyMan and PhillyMan Magazine, how the Legacy Club grew into one of the region's premier networking communities, and what he has learned about building real relationships. And Leslie Berry of Main Street Mount Holly talks about what it takes to revitalize a historic downtown, how events like Fire and Ice drive the local economy, and why Mount Holly is a great place to open a storefront.
