Yes, I know I mixed up "living" and "dining" -- this was by far the hardest shoot of my life, where I rode the first plane to Fukuoka and went back on the last plane to Tokyo on the same night. Try to find where I messed up!

Hold on, let me crank the brightness on my TV so I can see what the hell is going on.

It'd probably be awesome to sleep outside on that balcony some nights when the weather is nice.

The dark interior makes it look like a private equity or hedge fund office

Surprised they didnt go all out on that “outdoor/open concept” theme by having the doors to the balcony fully open/fold out of the way. That way there’s less separation between “indoor” and “outdoor” spaces, unless thats the theme. The views though, are wicked 😊👍🏼 thanks for the video

This space definitely speaks to someone who wants to live in a dark cave or sensory deprivation tank. Also, I would think with a price tag like that, you would get appliances that are more than just "good enough" - all that space for hosting guests/parties, and only one dinky little kitchen? Good luck finding that special person!
