Hey Bruce, Greetings from Tennessee USA. Might I suggest you carry a bee keeper smoker with you.  Snakes hate smoke so it may flush out the devils. Amazon carries them for about $18,00 USD. I like your video. It always makes me smile when you get these old vehicles going again.  Cheers

Hi Bruce, I'm from England. I've come to see you from Steves Place, having enjoyed seeing a lot of old British trucks there. I began as an apprentice for Leyland trucks in 1974. Not to sure on Bedford ages but I'd say built before 1970 because of the handbrake set up, after 1970 approx they had an air handbrake system, where as that one had the drum on the back of the gearbox. I’m so glad we don’t have killer snakes in the Uk . We only have grass snakes , smooth snakes and the European adders which are venomous but rarely deadly. Unfortunately we don’t have the lovely weather you have down under.

Just think if the camera man had the same sense as me.... If Bruce was my Mate, I would have a rubber snake and a piece of fishing line with a spring clamp attached.  Wait for the perfect time and watch my Mate dancing around!  That would be must see tv!   <br><br>Sorry Bruce 😅😅😅
