Also, if any wire you see that isn’t shiney copper it needs to be replaced and always use “shrink tube” or marine connectors.

Cheap butt connectors, Need good quality marine heat shrink butts connectors and then cover the connector with heat shrink tubing.

I can see that I had my boat in Florida water for a few days every copper wire leading to the pump rotted off and the bilge pump had to be replaced. like boating in acid

It looks like an immature electrician was involved. Run the wire on a protecting jacket for the wire.

Good video. You might want to use double clamps on the hoses.
