  Closing day nerves are real for everybody. For the vets and first responders watching, this is where a zero down VA loan changes the whole math, way less cash to close than most first timers expect. Solid breakdown Javier.

  I just closed on my first house March 11 it was the most stressful time ever!!! It was all worth it. Closing day was one of the best day of my life!

  Thank you so much, Javier, for all your videos! We’ve been following you since last year as we aspire to purchase a house. Now we are HOME OWNERS! &nbsp;We closed last Jan 31 and moved in the next day. Here are the lessons we’ve learned from you: 1. Buying a house(the timing and all that stuff) does not depend on the mortgage and interest rate. It depends on your own financial status. &nbsp;2.) Only “you” can determine how ready you are to purchase a house. 3.) Prepare for emergency fund. Don’t bet it all. 4.) Be wise and calculate your fixed expenses well

  We&apos;re meeting with our real estate agent tomorrow to get the ball rolling! We met through a first time home buyer class hosted at our local credit union, which has been a great resource.

  In MA its like this. Step 1. Be born into a wealthy family Step 2. Ask your parents for help...... If you are poor. Go to the trailer park or the middle of nowhere.
