  You know what I’ve noticed? On these videos you upload, you can’t really tell who’s boss. I don’t mean it in a bad way. But every time there’s multiple people on a scene, everyone always does their part to help out. You don’t see one person telling everyone else what to do. Or you don’t see one person doing the dirty/hard work while the other guy stands back. It took me the longest time to figure out that Josh and his dad are the owners. There seems to be a really good work environment at this company. I respect you for that.

  This is another example of what a great crew that PEPE's brings to the job. The majority, I think, of other crews would be moaning about the mess that had to be cleaned up, but PEPE's just jumps in and gets the job done. It is amazing how little communication it necessary on a complicated job like this. It must be satisfying to work with a crew that you can trust to do their job correctly with no need to check. Alex is amazing, he just seems to get the job done as if he has done this kind of recovery dozens of times. I always get the impression that every one knows what needs to be done and just does it. Thanks Alex for the narration and thanks Josh for the work it takes to post these videos. You guys are the best.

  A barrel roll with only one rotator. A full lift of the tractor with only two cables. Both very inpressive and show the incedible experience and confidence you all have at this work.

  Alex already had my respect, but when he referenced the semi 50/50, grinding the guardrail... he reached "legend" status in my book! I'm a SHOF inducted skateboarder from before you guy's days.   Whoever thought up the concept of a rotating boom for a wrecker is a genius. I'm sure that design alone has saved millions just in efficiency. Keep up the amazing work and stay safe!

  One tool we use in snow country and farm country is a barn scraper. It would be a handy tool for you to have to scrape off debris and be easier than the shovels being used. Check them out. <br>Messy cleanup.

  OMG what a mess! You guys did great as usual! A lot of drivers are being overworked these days so I&apos;m not surprised that the guy fell asleep but his decision to keep driving when he was super tired was a dangerous move. All the best to Pepe&apos;s!
