  Im a high end SFX artist with 10 years experience, I second sandpaper and primer. Any "trick" to skipping that is too good to be true. At work we use a catalyzed putty on some deep or warped spots but usually prefer a clear UV jewelry resin that cures much more thoroughly than printer resin. You can also buy catalyzed (2k) polyurethane primer, even single use in a can if you're a hobbyist, that will cure in an hour and self levels extremely well. It seals in anything porus like putty as well. We use that on SLA resin prints, ABS, and cast polyurethane resin before we send them out for electroplating and get good results.

  Get yourself a bench grinder and polisher. We use them all the time on Acid Copper plating before Tri Chromium. 👍 It&apos;s a cut and polish duel process.

  Lovely finish. Your channel inspired me to try electropolishing, after much reading of industrial science articles i settled on 30% volume phosphoric acid with a little dish soap as a surfactant and a stainless steel anode, works very well.

  Those cracks in the paint are actually a great effect for high heels. Gives them a worn out PU leather look
