  Took my daughter to her first Michigan game Saturday. The atmosphere was unbelievable… until it wasn’t.<br>Being there live, I was so impressed with the way this team was playing. The penalties and boneheaded mistakes were frustrating, but I never thought they were going to lose until that last-second TD.<br>This team has so much potential. I have to believe the coaching staff will get these mistakes under control. Hopefully, they can figure it out before it’s too late. Go Blue!

  Let&apos;s just take games 1 at a time. I remember being upset with Bump Elliott in the 60s, but we ended up hiring a guy whose name no one could pronounce. &nbsp;Bo came in, he lost a couple of games, but we still ended up beating an Ohio team that hadn&apos;t lost in 2 years and winning the Big Ten championship. We are not going to go undefeated and win the Natty every year, even though I wish we could in my 70 years of man&apos;s inhumanity to man on the grid iron. Go Blue!!!

  1 loss....and already making video thumbnails saying &quot;season over?&quot; --- &nbsp;goodness.....we were never expected to win the Natty this year......the first year with a new staff and system....shaking off the drama from last season.....one of the youngest teams.....<br><br>Some people just need to accept reality....the landscape of the game is much different now.

  The primary question this week and moving forward is how Michigan players and coaches process and use the Iowa outcome. &nbsp;It is the first time that the lack of discipline has truly cost them. &nbsp;BIG if, but if they learned the true cost of these breakdowns and significantly improve on that front because of it, this loss might be the best thing that could have happened. &nbsp;Steve is absolutely right about the fact that this team and culture under Coach Whit is still a work in process.

  Underwood is absolutely NOT &quot;like a redshirt freshman&quot;. The dude is a true sophomore as he started every single game last season and so far this season.

  Thank God for Mark Rogers, the one and only reasonable buck nut… Don’t know what we would do without the voice of reason to balance out the sometimes all to negative laced discussion. Steve, you’re smart guy and love your breakdowns of the games, but if you didn’t have Mark on here to balance you out after a rough game, this would be all too unbearable to watch. Personally, I feel like the one thing that you miss by making it all about the W‘s versus the L… Is the enjoyment. If you focus entirely on the W, you experience nothing but despair with a loss. I was as shocked to anyone at this sudden loss to Iowa in the end on the last play the game, but that doesn’t take away how much I thoroughly enjoyed watching the boys go out there and play their hearts out make tons of improvement, especially Bryce really taking Leaps forward… Much needed… The result of the game brings me not sickening disappointment, but extreme faith that coach whit knows where the focus needs to be to get back to playing our best ball… And that is cleaning shit up.
