I don’t care what happens but AT THE VERY LEAST, they have to be kicked out the league, after that I don’t care, but bare minimum get them out

Void the titles, expulsion even if puts the EFL in a tricky spot, transfer ban and get their ownership and directors out of there.

Point of correction Man City won against UEFA because of Statute OF LIMITATIONS!
They were not found not guilty

Relegate them to non league and a 10 year transfer ban. Pay back all prize money from that period, which is about a billion in prize money. Stripped of all silverware since 2009 until now.

As a Liverpol supporter. 1 they need to strip the titles won in that period, 2 relegated, 3 transfer ban for minimum of 10 years or transfer cap( 50 million per season.) 4 points deduction for the next 10 years maybe 30 points per season. And that's for start, then we have the restitution for other clubs. Example a team could have got champions league and get money for it but they didn't, wining the premier league gets you more money and probably more sponsors , etc. As for giving the titles to other teams, the teams should decide.

This guy wants to reward the cheaters with a great story over the rest of the season? They've already been rewarded for their systematic cheating for 15 years! No.

The premier league needs to hand out a points deduction that is impossible to overcome. One that expels them from the prem and the EFL. If the players don't want to play for nothing, all of them including those who just extended their contracts to a fraudulent club, should be allowed to leave on free transfers as soon as Christmas break. And the rest next Summer.

The fans of City are NOT the victims. The fans of the teams that should have won are victims.
Kick City out of the Premier league for AT LEAST 15 years and, if the owners won't sell the team, then kick them out of English football for good. This way they'll take a huge financial loss when they're forced to sell the team for pennies on the dollar.

1. Enough points deduction to relegate them several divisions (probably down to League Two)
2. Vacate the titles won (no new champions)
3. Owners forced to sell the team
4. Multi-year transfer ban including when they make it back to the Premier League
5. Severe monetary fine

No punishment is enough to penalize the spark that initiated the process of transfer sums being pushed to absurd numbers and heavily disbalancing national and European competition ... especially since these financial resources were never gained on the pitch

The appeal can only hear articles of process. It cannot 'retry' the case, so it cannot re-question witnesses, say. That means that it is going to be very hard, no matter what, for Man City to win any appeal, and even if they DO, they will still have been found 'guilty' of deliberately trying to deceive the inquiry.

The reason this has taken 3 years is that the independent enquiry must have almost immediately realised that City are bang to rights, and they have spent that time making ABSOLUTELY sure that they (the commission) are on solid legal ground.
