Violet barging into talk to Cora really gave the visitors their money's worth.

The irony is that the characters' conversations about why people are so interested in seeing the house is a sort of meta-commentary about why the show itself is so popular

Lady Mary: " Granny good your hear what else can I tell them about the library?" Granny: 'The library was assembled by the 4th Earl he loved books and collected horses and women.' lol long live the Crawley's!

I’ve always found it hilarious how clueless Cora and the girls sound when they guide the people through the rooms. They all try so hard to look like they know their stuff and give accurate information about the history of the house but Edith is definitely the funniest one here just blurting out the most generic things, stating the obvious hahaha!

We were all curious enough to watch 6 seasons and 3 movies about it ! LOL. And, loved every second of it.

Poor Molesley, having all the answers but not being able to speak without being invited.

Love it at 09:42 when Mary's nastiness comes into play, and she looks at Bertie looking for agreement, but he just ignores her politely as the true gentleman he is. Here's a marquess she'd never have, even if she wanted to. Bertie and Edith were made for each other. 🥰

Opening the house in the series was a wonderful nod to real life. I've been to America's Castle, Biltmore, twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times.
