  No amount of online gaming will overtake the joy of couch co-op.  I feel bad for kids today man.  N64 was peak co-op.

  The fact that Wario, the character known for being a cheat, has so many skips on his track makes me believe these 'glitches' are 100% intentional

  That lightning hit at Wario's Stadium is easily the worst setback in the game. Always felt good to land that one on someone.

  I was a 90's kid born in 87 so yea I know what you mean about the sleep overs and that feeling we all had back then, it was just a really nice time to be alive back then. The future was never as golden as we imagined it to be.

  Even more fun on Toads Turnpike is when someone is right behind you and you steal all item boxes. Especially if you get a Mushroom out of it and just zoom off

  Couch co-op destroyed friendships and helped rebuild them over the pizza that the host mom-of-the-day would bring out 😆

  I remember in battle mode sitting at the top of a building in block fort with the ramp in front of me just waiting to throw triple green shells

  Only person ever playing MK with me was my father. Often I destroyed him, but sometimes I intentionally let him win. Sometimes he noticed, sometimes he didn&apos;t (or didn&apos;t say anything).<br><br>I come from a broken childhood, but my father was pretty much the only one caring for me. I miss him.<br><br>I will always hold those memories dearly.

  I remember in block fort we used to give each other 5 minutes to pick a fort and build up fake item blocks and bananas to place around to defend it. The only safe way to attack each others forts was by driving over the bridges because by the time 5 minutes was up, the amount of green shells littering the floor made it really risky to try to traverse.
