  Wow! It has been more than a year since I released this Heroes of Might and Magic video, and there has been a lot of traffic lately through views, and comments! I really appreciate your engagement. The Heroes of Might and Magic Community is huge and they are passionate of the series which they have every right to be because it has the most unique and best turn based strategy games! Please keep it up with posting the comments whether they are supportive, or critical of anything about the video. I enjoy reading them and will eventually get back with the best response I can give! I am working on the Heroes 5 - 7 timeline video which I will still need a lot more time as I have to thoroughly play each of them. Thanks for all the support!

  The music in HoMM 3 is the reason why I became a composer.<br>I&apos;m still playing the game (and its incredible mods) to this day.

  I remember enjoying Heroes 4, but even at the time I thought it looked a bit ugly. Meanwhile Heroes 3 still looks gorgeous 25 years later.

  HoMM 3 is still pretty active. You should look up &quot;Horn Of The Abyss&quot; fan-made expansion. Everything feels like it was a part of the original game. 2 new factions, new terrain, new artifacts and sets, new heroes and abilities. The rebalance is amazing. It&apos;s like they picked up where the OG developers left it. Amazing game. You can install it on top of HoMM Complete. Also online lobby is pretty active and they hold a lot of tournaments.

  I never realized until now that HoMM3, AoE2, Tiberian sun and RollerCoaster Tycoon, legends of strategy and staples of my childhood came out at same year. It&apos;s incredible how good we gamers had it and frustrating how gaming industry has fallen...

  I think what tanked 4 was the lack of random map generator. I still play HOMM3 with friends to this day because we have random maps (and awesome fan made content).

  I loved heroes IV, it was my childhood pretty much. Maybe it&apos;s nostalgia speaking but it was an amazing game at the time. Imagine if 3DO could actually give it the proper attention it deserved.

  Heroes 3 is widely considered the best of the series by a long shot. I enjoyed Heroes 4 and 5, 5 definitely had callbacks to 3 that made it a lot of fun, but ultimately, 3 is still the reigning champion.
