  A solid tube between the screw holes would stop it from flexing and stopping the blades

  can you use it in pull config? &nbsp;then the air flow into the radiator wont be the thin air stream &nbsp; &nbsp;just see you tried the fitting in pull to chk if motors turn &nbsp;did you do heat tests in pull?

  Every wallmounted minisplit AC uses a Crossflow fan in pull Konfiguration.<br>And they are chasing efficiency like crazy.<br>It has the advantage of using the whole area of the heat exchanger &nbsp;instead of blasting a limited area with all force

  Jay, your suggestion about having columns/tubes in the motor cap for the screws to pass through also would help prevent it from squishing and stopping the fans from turning. 🤙

  Feels like it would benefit on the radiator more if the airjet was pulling the heat away from the radiator rather than force cold air through it and out the other side. Since it seems to have a wider duct for inlet air rather than the outlet air

  honestly once they work out the Quality and tolerences would be a good basement intake for most cases with the 360 support on the bottom

  20 years ago Cooler Master used barrel fans as an accessory to the Stacker Stc-T01 cases and I believe others without doing a search. I has a balck one with blue anodized edges that was a special addition that I still am looking for again. I had every option you could get including the first of its kind BTX adapters.

  They can run the pass-through screws through a sleeve. The inner sleeves cut to the proper length will prevent the outer cover from compressing under screw tension.

  Equalizing the pressure across a radiator would be possible if there was a sealed chamber between the radiator and the fan. It would require fins in the chamber to normalize the output pressure but it&apos;s possible that the fan in general can&apos;t provide enough static pressure to match the output of standard fans.<br><br>It&apos;s like an hvac system in the way that a barrel fan can produce an even output but it relys on back pressure and distance to produce an even output.
