  This is where you get “hungover” definition as in dead on your feet look like a zombie and feel awful. Because you had been literal sleeping standing up hanging over a rope.

  My only problem with this channel is the name. There is nothing boring about it. I listen to this even when I’m not trying to fall asleep.

  never knew people actually paid to sleep on a rope – this story completely blew my mind. The way you explained those strange Victorian “beds” and all the little details of how poor people tried to rest was both sad and fascinating. It feels weirdly cozy listening to such bizarre history while falling asleep. This channel makes the strangest parts of the past feel real and peaceful.
