It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve painted. I had kind of fallen into Cezanne and his exploration into what became Cubism. I just remember using a lot of square brushes, along with thinning the paints to various extents. The key was getting the correct consistency. I’m about to start it up again. So videos like these are motivating.

Love the colors of Cezanne and his very nuanced way of painting realistic in an abstract way - and I love to watch the mixtures and the very beautifull color nuances of his palet ….basic colors used for mixing all the nuances Yellow ochre, burned sienna, vermillion, alizarin crimson, ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, Prussian blue, peach black ( transparent) and of course white ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🩶
