  I am from Uzbekistan, Tashkent and I live not far from this project, and, yes, this project is very much real and lots of buildings are already built, all ministry cabinets already moved to New Tashkent and construction is getting bigger and more and more beautiful, and so far, water does not seem to be a big issue

  Uzbekistan is seriously underrated! Take a look at Samarkand and Bukhara. Take a look at the metro stations in Tashkent. Uzbekistan is a beautiful country.

  French here, having visited Uzbekistan (toshkent, buxoro, samarkand, qorshi and shahrisabz) last year, Tashkent is really a clean and impressive city with good transportations and rich history !
