  Can w talk for a minute about the amazing little changes to old levels and cool things you get with the shields now? The log burning in green hill zone, the bouncy goo in chemical plant, the electric shield drawing you up with the magnetic field in battery zone? Made my heart do flips. Then there's how each original level looks and feels like it was just meant to be in the original games. This is a Sonic love letter if ever I saw one. Someone just said "Hey, there's all these amazing fan games and levels out there. How's about we just take all this money we have and shove it at them!"

  Like how they do the fades ins/outs similar the way the Mega Drive/Genesis would do it. The limitations of the color palette often gave the fade to blacks this slight bluish tint on certain colors like white.

  Am I the only one who liked oil ocean? It&apos;s a unique stage. The music is catchy and very interesting.
