Your vidz have been great!  Finally got the guts up to assemble my first full set of clubs…did a set of Titleist T200 irons with AMT White S300 shafts…went really well and they feel great!

Great video. I’m ordering a gear puller on Amazon now. I like the drill at one end. <br>I am going to try using a metal cutoff wheel in my angle grinder. I think that should do it with two cuts. Then use the grinder to clean it up.

Steelfiber is a excellent shaft choice.  I have them on my Apex 21's and I couldn't ask for a better shaft.  After playing Dynamic Gold S400/X100 for 25+ years these have been wonderful on my joints.

When swapping out a graphite shaft for a steel one it is vital that one checks the hosel to make sure it is prepped properly at the top. Graphite shafts should NEVER butt up against a straight, right-angled hosel lip. the force can cause the lip to cut the graphite leading to shaft failure. Due to increasing popularity of graphite iron shafts, some newer clubs are manufactured for either installation . What this means is the hosel uses a ferrule that partially extends INSIDE the hosel (below the top edge) for a smooth transition and cushioning effect OR the top inside lip of the iron is RECESSED to allow a cushion of epoxy to protect the shaft. You need to examine the hosel to see if it is properly pre-prepped (particularly If you are doing an OLDER club).

At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k58QPySYMg&t=552">9:12</a> where you are checking swing weight, did you end up adding weight to the shaft or what adjustments do you have to make?  And how do you make them?
