  People clearly don’t understand how a preliminary hearing works. I’m not siding with the defense, but from a legal standpoint, what they’re doing is a smart and expected strategy.<br><br>The purpose of a preliminary hearing is for the prosecution to show the court that there is enough evidence and probable cause for the case to move forward to trial. It’s the defense’s job to challenge that evidence, question witnesses, and try to weaken the prosecution’s case at every opportunity. That’s exactly what they’re supposed to do.<br><br>Also, keep in mind that not every piece of evidence presented during a preliminary hearing will ultimately be admitted at trial. Some exhibits or testimony may later be ruled inadmissible under the rules of evidence. That’s one of the reasons both sides are handling this hearing the way they are.<br><br>Trust me, I understand the frustration. I agree that the public has a right to see the exhibits and understand the evidence. We will get that opportunity but not necessarily during this hearing. A trial is where everything is presented in full, both sides have the opportunity to argue their case, and the evidence is thoroughly examined before a jury.<br><br>For now, the best thing we can do is be patient and let the legal process play out. There is a reason these proceedings happen in stages, and the trial is where the complete picture will come together.

  Very convenient for a body cam to only record the first 28 minutes of his shift, but shuts off when he &quot;finds the screwdriver&quot; 🤣🤣🤣🤣 wow this is insane just from the first day.

  I can understand how they may not want to show the viewers online of the blood and gore shots, but not even photos of the building and a shoe print is utter ridiculous!! 🤦🏻
