Also have used Propranolol to lower heart rate "as needed", used it when I would know that I was going to be upright for a period of time in which I could not lay down. It resulted each time with unbelievably painful soles of my feet, the following day. I can not stand, like in a line somewhere, or sit in any comfortable way except straight backed, without suffering pain in my head and a " I just have to lay down (here on the floor!) right now!
These experiences led me to the conclusion that slowing the heart rate would only cause more blood and lymph to pool in my legs and feet.
An observation I wanted to share.

As someone' with autonomic dysfunction POTs and host of other issues i am staying sane by doing alot of neuroplasticity work however what is worrying me that seems to be progressing worse is my horrible deep purple feet legs and hands. I look like i have severe vascualr disease and no amount of fluids or anything is helping . Additionally have multiple compressions NCS, PCS and TOS. Im too unstable systemwise for such a major surgery however i wonder if its contributing to this condition. But on other hand it can be caused due to trauma and cured in some cases with brain retrsining and surgey is major trauma so its like a catch 22. Feeling very trapped

Thank you for the clarification every step of the way. Proprioception s the word you avoiding.
My question is what part of the brain is responsible for proprioception? I heard " central vestibular " but again, where does the central vestibular & peripheral vestibular connect? What else might the CV affect? Gait, balance yes, but how does that effect things like nausea, or lack of appetite due to imbalance? Does CV include the optic input? Could this effect light and sound sensitivities? I VALUE your videos!
