“She’s giving Kim kardashian vibes “ NO SLOAN !!! None of the kardashians could ever be like Selena , she was the most humble person ever ♥️ even if they tried !

Thank you for speaking about Selena! I think it’s so important the newest generation online understands how dangerous parasocial relationships, obsession, and stalkers can be.

Do NOT ever compare this queen to those awful Kardashians! Ever!! Unless you're a Tejano/a, you wont know or understand the amount of love that people had for her!!

Selena’s legacy taught me to never ever go into business with family and skip having a “best friend”

Chris Perez, Selena’s widower, and her were planning on starting a family as soon as they could before she passed. They fought years for the relationship, as her dad was so against it, and still today they don’t include Chris in anything. My heart hurts even more knowing their story and how they only really just started being together the way they wanted, then that was just taken away. I hope Chris is doing well.

It’s not that Selena didn’t wanna do anything about it… it’s that she didn’t believe anyone, she didn’t wanna believe her best friend was a bad person, she always gave ppl the benefit of the doubt, trusting and believing that ppl were good!

Actually she did high school by correspondence and got her high school diploma. She was actually most proud of this accomplishment. She used to go to different schools and talk to the kids about why education was so important. 🤗
