  Some of the things in this video is not correct, and wanted to note these: <br>To be clear, a lot of these lending possiblities does not sound very ethical, but<br>1. The Guggenheim Group does not own the Dodgers, it&apos;s another firm called Guggenheim Baseball Management, and Guggenheim Group has no ownership over this, but Mark Walter is the primary shareholder, along side Stan Kasten &amp; Magic Johnson. <br>2. The TV deal at $334 million is not all excluded from the revenue-sharing pool. Because of the bankruptcy auction sale in 2012, who valued the media rights at $3 billion, which means that they only had to include $134 million to the revenue-sharing pool, which is indeed a advantage, but not to the extend that was told. <br>3. You can not call 12% a year a conservative yearly return on assets in the stock market.
