  I am a guitar player. Never learned music theory, but when I was little I played just a touch of piano, and all I knew was the name of the notes on the piano, and what is a tone and a semitone. That's it. And recently I watched a bunch of music theory videos for the guitar, and I undsstood nothing. I rewatched this video 5 times, took some notes, and then I mapped everything on the guitar. It's crazy how good this video is, it unlocked a new dimention for my guitar playing. I know understand what I play. It's crazy.

  I’m not going to sugar coat this. This was absolutely the best interpretation of all of these subjects that I have seen. &nbsp;I have been self teaching myself for about 2 months but the last month literally spending 2-3 hours a day learning chords, scales and reading music. But had slammed against a brick wall. &nbsp;You explained what was missing. Not knowing what I was applying all of this knowledge to or how to identify scales or chords from memory easily is solved . Every video I watched touched on tidbits and moved on. This left me and my ADHD all over the place. &nbsp;<br>Your explanations and demonstrations left me with a much greater understanding of what I actually have learned so far and how to effectively identify and apply that knowledge. &nbsp;Thank you very much. I have subscribed and will support your channel when possibly. I’m on a fixed income but will gratefully contribute when my budget allows. &nbsp;Your awesome!!
