Kirk is one of my good friends and he is one of the nicest and down to earth people you will ever meet.

This should be a continuing series, just two metal heads’ record show and tell.

Notice at 14:22 Kirk is holding Black Sabbath Vol 4 as they both mentioned there's a little piece or short segment(s) on this album that influenced them, they were talking about the very slow and extremely heavy beginning segments of Cornucopia and Under the Sun which were decades ahead of its time. AT 9:04 Mike is holding the brutal hardcore Void split album and said the Void side influenced them or members, (theres also a number of songs that include cross over metal segments), and including Void's and The Faith's semi or more of a scream had an influence. ALSO Kirk is holding the first BL'AST and their 2nd album had an influence. Celtic Frost and COC as well. The 1982 Void split, Meat Puppets' 1981 Hair song, Meat Puppets' 1981 In a Car ep and 1981 Black Flag Damaged albums are brutal and psychotic as Eyehategod also meets heavy slowed down and crushing Black Sabbath, Saint Vitus and side 2 of My War.
