Hi Jim. New cyclekart is coming along well, I reckon bonding the aluminum will work well as adhesives are very strong these days providing surfaces are well prepared

The only thing I'd be worried about is the strength of the little bolt holding the spindle to the steering knuckle.<br>There will be a lot of leverage on that point during cornering.<br>A strong beefy weld would give more confidence.

Ladder rails...yes folks, no joke. What works, works. Make sure you have ones where the ladder is rated for about 300 pounds or 120Kgs otherwise your seat could be much closer to the ground in the end...so to speak.
