You mean to tell me I’m allowed to keep making my plant army even bigger?

Jacques is absolutely right about cucumbers needing special defense mechanisms in the heat at [03:49]. Here in the Philippines, we're already dealing with brutal tropical temperatures, and learning to manage that early morning watering schedule is exactly what keeps my garden alive. That Armenian Cucumber recommendation is going straight to the top of my list for this month! 🥒☀️

I love that you guys brought in creators from all the different zones for this! It is so easy to give up and just go into 'survival mode' when July hits, but seeing options for both Zone 5 and the extreme heat of Texas/Florida is exactly the motivation I needed. 🌱

The shoutout for Malabar spinach at [06:20] is so necessary! Finding greens that actually want the extreme heat instead of just bolting immediately is the ultimate struggle when you live in a hot zone. It's so encouraging to see crop recommendations that embrace the heat instead of fighting it!

I just thought I had a terrible infestation on my tomatillos...turns out they were a ton of aerial roots caused by high humidity. Might be a good idea for a video: the unusual things that can happen to your plants that aren't a reason to rip them out, as I almost did.

Yay Ben! Also really loving Gray, very useful for my California central valley heat, and a good presenter.

Zone 8 is so crazy. I live in the PNW, the contributor for the zone is from Texas, as well many other states are all Zone 8. Our weather couldn't be more different.
